The MBYC YS Coaching team will consist of the Head Coach and Assistant Coach. The two coaches will work together at practice to implement a safe, effective and fun practice plan for the team each practice day. The coaches may work with separate groups of sailors on the water, but maintain open communication on the water at all times. The coaches will work together at regattas and may split athletes into groups to allow the coaches to provide more coaching to all participants. At out of Seattle regattas, coaches will be reimbursed for travel, meals and lodging. The Head Coach will make any final decisions about practices and regattas.
